The Retail Banking Team assists network banks, online banks, commercial banks and specialized financial companies in their studies and transformation projects in France and abroad.

The team is involved in both upstream issues (market research, audits, framework, banking offer, etc.) and implementation work (reorganization, information system evolution, project management, change management, etc.), both on distribution, sustainable finance and ESG issues, business and organizational impacts of regulatory changes, and transformation of Operations and IT.

The team provides expertise in day-to-day banking, payments, savings and financing, covering both the retail, professional and corporate markets.
