For a major insurer, business case to offer financial and extra-financial products and services on the homeownership process in an Open Banking approach

  • Identification of the pain points on the home ownership process
  • Highlighting innovative solutions developed worldwide to address these pain points (Fintechs, ESG, digital)
  • Identification of priority usecases and co-construction during design thinking workshops of 2 priority usecases
  • Formalization of the case study (Journey and pain points addressed, customer needs and impacted actors, products and services offered, data collected, methods of provisioning…)

For a regional bank, evaluation phase for the revamping of the Corporate Webbanking portal

  • Phase 1: Insight on competing portals and definition of objectives (pain points, vision, customer promise, needs to be covered, operating principles…)
  • Phase 2: Detailed definition of needs and prioritization (Persona workshop to capture key needs and processes, prioritization of functionalities (+100), definition of the IT architecture, MVP approach, etc.)
  • Phase 3: Case study (MVP scope, implementation plan & recommendations, project costing and financial trajectory, project roadmaps)
